We provide 3 main services to all our clients. Consultation, Construction Management and Property Investment. All three services are considered our core services and we offer sub-services under each one.

1) Consultation

This service is the initial, first point of contact with Raya. We initiate this with all our clients who are interested in buying land, building a property, or are seeking property investment and management. We offer a free consultation, to get to know each other and a serviced consultation, once you decide what you'd like us to help you with.

2) Construction Management

This service is our main service, where the bulk of our work happens. We work with a group of Engineers and Architects, directly associated with us to bring your desired build to life. Whether it's residential or commercial, we can build this for you.

3) Property Investment

This service is a complimentary service we offer to our Diaspora Clients. Whether you already have a property that needs to be rented out, or managed, or serviced, we work with you to maintain your investment and ensure it yields a good return for you.

The Build Estimator is designed using a unique proprietary formula, from our huge data set from over 340 builds across the country. We conducted this research independently and research over 340 constructions, detailing the size, the cost of material, labor and other services down to the meter square with nothing excluded.
